Elk antler is a favorite among many people for making large and rustic chandeliers. The antler itself does possess both beautiful color and graceful shape. In my larger Chandeliers the symmetry is evident, I always try to match both shape and color for a more balanced piece.
From the very beginning I have always used the highest quality antler and electrical components available. The utmost care is always taken in the construction process to insure that the finished piece will not only be beautiful to look at, but safe and functional as well. Throughout the U.S. and also in other countries you will find my work in banks, lodges, restaurants and homes. You will notice that the electrical wiring is inside of the antler and hidden.. Every finished piece is carefully inspected and guaranteed safe... The antlers are connected together with appropriate size screws and lag bolts, these are counter sunk in the antler and carefully hidden so that only the natural beauty of the antler is visible. You will also notice that all of my chandeliers are balanced and hang level... My unique light socket covers are individually crafted right on the antler, not made from a mold, so that each socket is just as unique as the antler that they are mounted upon.... The sockets are each plumb and also matched for height with other sockets on the piece. Often on larger pieces you will find several matching distinct levels that the sockets are set at. We will supply the appropriate amount of chain to correctly install the chandelier, as well as ceiling canopy and light bulbs. Large Lower Ceiling "Cody" Elk Chandelier What do Brian and Kim Cody have in their living room? Why the Large "Cody" Elk chandelier of course! This piece features 8 huge elk antler with an 84-90 inch overall length on the side view of the piece, and a slightly narrower side width of 72 inches which make the chandelier an oblong/oval piece which is perfect for a lower ceiling, longer rectangular room. The chandelier is 36-40 inches tall and there are numerous mule deer antler which are placed in certain locations throughout the chandelier that really dress this piece up!
