African Kudu and Gemsbok Pool Table Light

Our African horn chandeliers have been so well received that we have added a new exciting pool table light to our inventory!

Made with four kudu horns, with lights inside, of course! And six Gemsbok horns for accent. Though the Gemsbok horn does not have internal lights, the two lower horns have real ostrich eggs that have scrimshawed African theme artwork engraved onto them! There are many different wildlife scenes available, so it's always your choice as to what you like!

  

  

  

 

This beautiful pool table light is roughly 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 feet long and about 30 inches wide and 30 inches tall, of course every piece is different but we can build to your preference. The light in the Kudu horn is accessible through the top so they can be changed as they burn out, though this type of lighting has a pretty long life span! Let me introduce you to my first ever African Kudu Horn Chandelier and the first ever African kudu with light inside the horn! The one thing that you will notice that is going to be a trademark in all my future Kudu Horn Lights will be that the horns themselves will be the light!  Each horn is itself a light!

Of course there is also a beautiful down light in the center which is wired to a separate switch and is a functional light for the room. You are able to use both the lights that are inside horn and the down light in the piece at the same time, or switch off the down light and use the beautiful glow of the horns as an accent mood setting light.

 I noticed that during the day the horns were very "quiet" if you will, and that you really didn't notice that they were on. It wasn't until after the sun went down and the room was darker that their true color and beautiful "fire ember" glow was willing to reveal itself! I am offering two types of finish on these pieces, The first design has been moderately sanded and most of the deeper bumps and crevasses are left on the horn. The horns are then buffed to a mirror smooth finish. In the smaller piece below the horns are sanded smooth revealing less texture but exhibit more light. The choice is yours...
